Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 23, 2026

1. Who we are

QuikTax is a UK-focused product for sole traders and self-employed workers. If you have a privacy question or want to exercise your rights, contact jshcodeworks@gmail.com.

2. What this page covers

This policy covers the QuikTax landing page, including the waitlist signup form, and explains how we handle personal data submitted through the site.

3. Data we collect on the landing page

4. How we use your data

5. Lawful basis

We process waitlist signups using consent and, where relevant, our legitimate interests in developing and launching QuikTax in a safe and effective way.

6. Third-party services

The waitlist form currently uses FormSubmit to forward submissions to our inbox, and the site may be hosted using providers such as Vercel. Those services may process technical data required to deliver the website and form submission flow.

7. Cookies and tracking

At this stage, the QuikTax landing page is intended to run without non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. Waitlist signups are data collection, but they are not the same thing as cookie tracking. If we later add analytics, marketing pixels, or similar technologies, we will update this policy and introduce cookie controls where required.

8. How long we keep data

We keep waitlist data only for as long as reasonably necessary for launch communications, product updates, and related operational follow-up, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

9. Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable under UK data protection law. Contact jshcodeworks@gmail.com.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.

This privacy policy is a practical launch-stage document and should be reviewed again before wider public rollout.
